Eliot is a key member of the Public Engagement with Research Committee and he has been instrumental is driving the public engagement agenda forward at the University over the past several years.
Formerly acting Head of Research & Knowledge Transfer Office in the College of Medical & Dental Sciences (MDS), Eliot has now moved in to an exciting new role as Head of Strategic Projects & Partnerships across the Life Sciences.
Eliot remains committed to helping develop more effective institutional support for public engagement across the University. His interests are particularly around developing platform events that researchers can participate in with their own activities, and in developing and delivering impact from research through effective engagement with the public.
Eliot is also involved in coordinating a group of researchers and research facilitators who are interested in Public & Patient Involvement.
